Raquel Vanyó Vicedo is currently assistant professor in the International Law Department of Valencia University. She graduated in Law and Political and administrative sciences at the same university. Her research has focused on issues of gender, security, armed conflict and human rights, as is apparent from her publications, in particular the book El horizonte 1325 in International law: mapping post-conflict from a gender perspective, based on a part of her doctoral thesis. Throughout her career, she has conducted research in prestigious international centres and actively collaborated with several domestic and foreign organisations.
