On September 12, Dinaldo Barbosa, a student of the Doctorate in Human Rights, Democracy and International Justice, defended his thesis titled “Human Rights and the Brazilian regime: Proposals for the State of Amapá.”
The event took place in the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia.
